Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Manager to join our team and support our busy professional.
- As an Executive Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating on behalf of the executive, creating presentations, and handling various administrative tasks.
- This is a remote position, and we are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule Management:
- Efficiently manage and organize the executive’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are scheduled and met.
Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
Presentation Creation:
- Develop professional and impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, summarizing key information for various purposes.
To-Do Lists:
- Create and manage comprehensive to-do lists to help the executive stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
Ad-hoc Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including email management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Keeping Tracks of MoMs
- Ticket Management
- Other ResponsibilitiesÂ
- As and when required by the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience with remote work or virtual assistance is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
- We would want someone who knows Primavera and Asana Bitrix.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly.
