Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Officer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed regarding visitor access.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organisation and its services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must live on the Island
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional and polished appearance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Salary

N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
