Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Officer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Ensure security procedures are followed regarding visitor access.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organisation and its services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must live on the Island
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
