Job Description
- We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR tasks.
- This role will support multiple functions including employee engagement, training, compliance, and payroll support.
- The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and be able to manage various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
