Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the HR and Admin Manager manage day-to-day HR operations.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
- Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
- Support training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
- Minimum of 3years of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
