Job Title: Â IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description
- The IT Quality Assurance analyst will draft and revise test cases.
- They will also evaluate actual test results against expected results, and implement improvements to test processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with the scrum team (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX designers) to produce quality applications for users and customers.
- Document found bugs and other software issues and write reports detailing these issues.
- Participate in continuous learning programs to learn new software and technologies as a basic function of the job.
- Any other responsibilities that might be required by the Business / Group Head/CEO from time to time.
Qualifications
- BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution in IT Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1 – 2 years professional experience in related position.
Skills:
- Strong Communication, Planning and Organising skills.
- Problem solving.
- Be detail oriented.
- Technology Savvy with strong Ms Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven ability to meet / exceed targets and deadlines and follow through on commitments.
- Relationship management.
