Location of the job: Abule Egba, Lagos
Duration Type: Contract
Details of the job:
- achieving weekly and monthly goals
- Provide a proper and accurate work report.
- Send customer messages.
- Help clients with the payment procedure.
- Experienced and knowledgeable about customer management are requirements for the ideal applicant. Make calls to clients to collect any unpaid bills
- Encourage hesitant customers to pay promptly
Requirements for the job :
- Additionally, the ideal applicant should be skilled in both communicating and negotiating.
- Must be conscientious and capable of working under pressure.
- Candidates should have between 0 and 4 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree, an HND, an OND, or an NCE.
