Loan Recovery Officer in a Fintech Company

Tenportion Limited – Our client, a Fintech company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manages recovery of overdue loan.
• Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
• Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
• Reporting accurate customers feedback daily/weekly.
• Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
• Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Thoroughly understands assigned portfolio and product.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND or BSc in relevant fields.

Salary & Benefits

• N50,000 – N75,000 / Month
• N15,000 – N17,000 weekly performance bonus
• Airtime and data
• Opportunity to work from home after 2 weeks in the office of good performance
• Promotion to other senior roles.
