Job Description

  • To implement fit-for-purpose transactional and liabilities product solutions for country in alignment with PPB Product and country objectives in order to aggressively grow the client base and deliver on its financial objectives (i.e. product economics (pricing, margin management), lifting the balance sheet or finding alternate/ new revenue streams).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Digital Transformation on the development of the transactional and liabilities products to improve on the client experience.
  • Drive satisfactory audits and ensure that repeat findings are addressed appropriately and provide appropriate feedback on all risk and remediation matters relating to transactional and liabilities in country.
  • Work with marketing, sales, business heads and communications team to provide input towards campaigns and go-to market plans to create awareness in the market.
  • Track Transactional and Liabilities product performance and profitability (financial performance) using financial reports and product performance reports.
  • Identify key product trends and implements appropriate actions to address stakeholder concerns.
  • Drive campaigns to achieve acquisition, activation, retention and turnover targets.

Qualifications

  • BSc in any Business or Commerce related field

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience and exposure to branch and relationship Banking.
  • Extensive knowledge in market segmentation and customer value propositions; financial management; process design and implementation; customer service management; and credit risk experience.
  • Experience in data analysis and portfolio management and knowledge of all PPB transactional and lending products
