Job Title: Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Creation:Â Write and optimize content for web pages, blog posts, and social media to improve search engine rankings and drive engagement.
- Graphic Design:Â Create basic visual content for digital marketing channels (social media posts, email templates, website assets).
- Campaign Support:Â Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Market Research:Â Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking:Â Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in a marketing role
- Must possess a degree from a reputable school.
- Must have a proven track record of success in managing a demanding workload and meeting tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive results.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and customer service management and familiarity with the latest trends, and technologies.
- Must have excellent Internet connection, working laptop, and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am – 5 pm CST / 4 pm -12 am WAT).
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
