Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and interpret accurate and efficient designs and drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Provide reports, technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
- Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and codes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical systems during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, ETAP, etc.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
