We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To oversee monitoring evaluation, assessment, and other research activities throughout the life of HEI’s projects that include data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor activities, performance and measurements of projects and other monitoring and evaluation programs of HEI.
  • Ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders
  • Monitor implementation of M&E systems for the emergency response and support technical advice where necessary.
  • Facilitate M&E and other training and knowledge sharing session with the team.
  • Prepare monthly impact report for HEI
  • Building project dashboards and analytics.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly impact report.
  • Coordinate monitoring activities and inputs required of other team members
  • Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
  • Actively support fundraising activities and grants application
  • Carry out periodic checks, modifications, and updates on HEI’s website
  • Support the day-to day running of the project office
  • Oversee data quality assessment, create interactive project’s dashboard, and webpage.
  • Co-create ideas with team members on social media platforms
  • Ensure an appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Project Officer/ Executive Director.

Salary

N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
