Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at JTECHTRADE, a leading crypto trading company.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, particularly within the financial services or technology sector.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving the strategic goals of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support the growth of the company.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and operational costs are controlled.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and drive performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services, technology, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading operations and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / month.
