Job Title: Partnerships and Network Lead

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships and Network Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, securing funding, and driving revenue growth to support our mission and initiatives.
  • This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and a proven track record in fundraising and partnership development.

Key Accountabilities
Resource mobilization:

  • Manage engagement with other Parkinson’s Initiatives
  • Support advocacy across government, private sector, and civil society platforms
  • Build and nurture relationships with funders and coordinate high-level meetings
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop funding proposals
  • Maintain stakeholder database and manage partnership inquiries

Event Management:

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics and marketing
  • Evaluate event outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Donor Relations:

  • Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors and corporate sponsors
  • Provide timely updates, impact reports, and acknowledgments
  • Develop strategies for ongoing donor engagement and recognition programs

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Contribute to organizational strategic plans for partnership development and fundraising
  • Prepare reports and presentations on fundraising progress and metrics
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate goals and drive continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate compelling messages, develop persuasive proposals, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Technical Proficiency; Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proven track record of success in partnership development, fundraising, and revenue generation within the nonprofit sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices, with experience in individual giving, major gifts, events and corporate partnerships.
