Job Description
- The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the portfolio of ecosystem-embedded partners for our Embed product.
- The incumbent will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with partners to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the financial services and lending industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new partners and integrate them into the company’s lending ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Drive the growth of the embed product portfolio by leveraging partner networks and opportunitiies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including commercial, marketing, product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner engagements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance partnership strategies.
- Work closely with partners to identify and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Regularly review and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with compliance and risk management in a partnership context.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the financial services or lending industry.
- Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem and financial products.
Salary
N300,000 / Month.Â
