Job Summary
- Provide administrative and personal support to a high-net-worth individual, executive, or businessman.
- Manage daily tasks, schedules, and personal affairs with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Maintain personal and professional records.
- Arrange personal and social engagements.
- Provide concierge services (e.g., shopping, reservations).
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform other personal and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
