Job Title: Planner and Document Control Officer

Location: Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Project Documents Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive document management system for the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and accessibility of all project documents (plans, schedules, budgets, contracts, permits, etc.).
  • Conduct regular document audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Reporting:

  • Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly project status reports, highlighting key milestones achieved, upcoming deliverables, and potential challenges.
  • Develop and maintain project RAIDS (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) Logs, tracking progress and resolution of project issues.
  • Generate exception reports to document project deviations from plans (schedule, cost, quality) and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist with the development of stakeholder management reports, summarizing project progress and addressing stakeholder concerns. 
  • Create RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices to clearly define project roles and responsibilities.

Project Planning Support:

  • Assist the Project Manager and Planning Team with developing and maintaining the project schedule, budget, and work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Track project progress against baselines and identify potential schedule or budget risks.
  • Maintain project records and databases to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.
