Job Title: Principal Document Control Assistant (Business Relations)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Principal Accountabilities
- Outbound Correspondence Mgt
- Inbound Correspondence Mgt.
- CoCo Document Retrieval.
- CoCo SharePoint Mgt.
- Document Management (incl. controls).
- Ad-hoc stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Academic Qualification
- University Degree / Higher National Diploma in any Discipline
Professional Certifications
- Microsoft Office applications certifications is an added advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus.
Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and others)
- Experience with usage of specialized document control Applications such as Shell Information Management System (SIMS), SharePoint, External Stakeholder Interface Management System (ESIMS), or similar Applications.
- Resilient personality with focus and determination
- Strong organizational skills essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Leadership Skills:
- Experience and Working Knowledge of Corporate Document filing and controls.
- Reporting and Presentation.
- Stake Holder Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable coaching and mentoring skills
- Positive attitude, excellent inter-personal skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Must possess the ability to multitask and to organize duties in an efficient manner while being flexible and capable of dealing with sudden priority changes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in Information Management.
- Excellent communicator (both written and oral), self-directed and highly motivated requiring minimal direct guidance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high paced environment.
