Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Description
- The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Company.
- This role includes managing operation staff, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in meeting production targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Degree.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a similar industry or manufacturing process is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production planning and quality control methodologies
- Computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity to lift and move materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Willingness to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000.00 Monthly
- HMO + Paid time off.
