Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our construction company.
- The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- You will work closely with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Supervision & Coordination: Lead and oversee project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring smooth communication and task delegation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, including project status, financial updates, and schedule adherence to management and clients.
- Budget Control: Track project expenses, approve payments, and ensure financial efficiency throughout project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, legal guidelines, and company safety policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure they meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and office software.
