Job Title: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Records Manager / Branch Manager

Supervises: Business sales and development

Job Description

  • As a Sales & Business Development Executive at AGS Records Management, you will play a crucial role in identifying the needs of potential & existing clients and offer breakthrough solutions that will generate sales and increase revenue.
  • A key element of this position is identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion of prospects to established clientele, using active listening to quickly assess potential customer needs and proffering adequate business solutions.
  • Success in this role will be demonstrated by achieving or surpassing sales objectives within a specified period, ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase our business solution in records and data management.
  • We are seeking an experienced, professional, enthusiastic and personable salesperson with excellent communication skills, ability to generate leads, close deals and drive-up sales, resulting in increased revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients.
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to management.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in sales and product training programs to stay updated on company offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company services to both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver service/product presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Years of proven success in sales, and good understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Brilliant sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
