Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to expand our sales in LPG products, including heaters, generators, and other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the market share of LPG ancillary products, including gas heaters, generators, and related devices.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Proposals and Presentations: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and demonstrations to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value and application of our products.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends, potential clients, and opportunities for growth in LPG and ancillary devices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience in sales of technical products, preferably in the building industry, LPG or energy sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts to customers.
