Job Summary
- We seek a motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented Sales Agent to join our sales team on a contractual basis.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Raven’s Bankbox products to merchants, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
- This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about achieving sales success.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive the sales of the Bankbox product by achieving a monthly target of 80 units sold.Â
- Transaction Facilitation: Ensure each Bankbox generates at least ten (10) daily transactions totalling at least 100,000 NGN in value.Â
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Â
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including detailed performance metrics and insights.Â
- Team Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities to enhance performance.Â
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Â
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand the competitive landscape.Â
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants and agents to foster loyalty and repeat business.Â
Qualifications and SkillsÂ
- Education: Minimum of an OND certificate in any related field.Â
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.Â
Skills:Â
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Â
- Proficiency in using sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Â
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.Â
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Â
- High level of target orientation and a results-driven mindset.
