Role Overview
- We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidates will have a strong background in real estate and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our real estate services to provide clients with informed solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE / B.Sc Degree with 2 years experience.
Benefits
- Salary: N200,000Â per month
- Commission: 10% commission on any property sold.
