Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Kaduna

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Managing sales outlets as assigned
• Driving sales and motivating team to meeting targets
• Overseeing all affairs of the assigned stands to ensure: Proper merchandising, neatness and hygiene, staff punctuality to work, well organized shifts of staff, the right work attitude etc.
• Ensure prompt supply to branches and stands, and monitor stock level always.
• Plan work rotas for stand staff, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Produce reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Involved in actual sales and marketing at the outlets, as well involved in all tasks carried out by sales team.
• Setting up operating standards and effective timelines for different store operations
• Monitor sales trends and advise management accordingly.
• Enforce optimal operational policies and procedures in assigned stands
• Attend to store/customer issues that are beyond store staff and escalate same if unable to handle.
• Initiate disciplinary measures against staff when the need arises
• Ensure good customer service.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess University Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
