Job Title: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Job Summary
- Provide value added insights into planning process, ensure accuracy and deep understanding of all business drivers and economic factors.
- Support the admin functions in there zero-base planning and tracking the variance analysis during the periods.
Responsibilities
- Supports the budget process including developing and preparing Short, Long-Range Business Plan & Rolling Estimates, driving budget timelines.
- Creating budget templates and Presentations to the SLT.
- Support in the month end closing process
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Balance sheet planning for annual business plan and quarterly rolling estimates.
- Analysis of current and past financial data and performance with main responsibility for Net Working Capital and Free Cash Flow, monitoring NWC days in view of targets.
- Constant improvement of the standard NWC Report, including analysis of FX impact.
- Evaluation of CAPEX and simulation of depreciation for BP and rolling estimates.
- Identification of trends in financial performance and provided recommendations for improvement.
- Develop a What-If Simulator for NWC Days forecasting & Balance Sheet planning.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Â
- Carry out Scenario Analysis to support information requirements for decision making process
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
- Provide budgetary control and analysis to assigned functional area on an on-going basis.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Validate accuracy of posting to appropriate cost centers, and request setup, creation, and closure of controlling master data objects to meet business insight needs.
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration / Finance / Economics or equivalent as a minimum
- Postgraduate Degree – Business Administration / Finance / Economics or Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g. CFA, ACCA,  CIMA, CIA) is desirable.
- Understanding of cost/revenue impact of decisions.
-  Full knowledge of Coca-Cola Hellenic  CSR and accounting policies.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG Multinational Organization.
- Operational experience of analyzing actual performance and in-country BP/RE process.
- Understanding of CCH accounting policies and cost center reporting guidelinesÂ
