We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Manger

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Store Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational SOPs.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular store audits and resolve operational issues.

Reporting & Business Analysis:

  • Generate sales, inventory, and customer reports for management.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Implement business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making

Customer Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Train staff in customer service best practices.
  • Maintain a welcoming and engaging store environment.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a team-oriented culture with clear communication.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and reduce stock shrinkage (theft, damage, mismanagement).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for deliveries.
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HND Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Proficiency in retail management software (POS, inventory, CRM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
