Job Title: Strategy Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To work with the retail business group in developing & implementing sales strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on market trends and key competitors and present same.
- Assist in proposed product development in line with the bank’s policy.
- Work with the TCs to achieve a successful implementation of mass marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing capacity building programs for retail and SME customers.
- Assist in periodic review of the performances of the bank’s key products & provide adequate inputs/ feedbacks that can assist the bank in product enhancement / re-engineering and development process.
- Monitor strategy implementation and carry out performance tracking for the retail group.
- Monitor branch performance to achieve desired targets on earnings, deposit and growth in customer base.
- Closely monitor the activities of the savings group both in-house & Out sourced.
- Assist in monitoring social impact of the various activities of the bank.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
