Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the GCEO in developing strategies and plans to achieve growth and financial profitability
- Evaluate the business environment to recommend potential investment opportunities and growth initiatives for the Group
- Support the GCEO in defining core metrics and targets to measure business performance effectively
- Prepare concise and informative reports summarising research findings and their implications for the Group’s regulations and policies
- Support the GCEO in preparing for meetings with internal and external stakeholders including board members, investors and regulators.
- Conduct in-dept research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the Group’s operations
- Drive the development of annual operating plans, i.e., operational plans and requirements, staffing and budgets that support strategic plans and overall business aspirations
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree or MBA in a relevant field
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ cognate experience (experience in a top-tier consulting firm is an advantage)
- Relevant professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ICAN, CIS,FCA etc.)
- Experience in financial industry, investment banking, private equity business, or capital market space is an advantage
- Understanding of global business standards and best practices.
