Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our HR team at Elipse solutions.
- As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to employees, as well as managing training logistics, budgets, and evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and evaluation data
- Manage training budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate training programs, including collecting feedback and assessing impact
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related field
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
