Job Title: Treasury Business Process Expert

About Your New Job

  • As a Treasury Business Process Expert, you will lead project requirements, coordinate testing, and collaborate with teams to meet business needs.
  • You’ll engage with vendors to find innovative payment solutions and improve processes.
  • You’ll also handle IT requests, maintain process documents, and support project management. Join us to drive efficiency and innovation in our treasury operations!

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • You will be leading the Business Requirements phase of Treasury projects, engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors, analyzing, and documenting new functionalities.
  • Collaborating with design and development teams, to provide solutions that is aligned with business requirements.
  • You will participate in the preparation of testing phases and help in the co-ordination of the testing team for the execution of the testing scenarios.
  • You will be establishing a strong link with Fintech companies and major Treasury vendors, to identify new value adding payment solutions for the function.
  • You will be consistently reviewing payment processes, aiming to remove the non-value adding activities, through automations or with new innovative solutions.
  • You will monitor the maintenance of Business Process and Policy documents from the business users and update the ones relevant to your area.
  • You may utilize your knowledge on MS Power automate and Power BI to assist in optimizing daily Treasury repetitive & manual tasks.
  • You will lead be the company SME and contact point for Swift related initiatives.
  • You will be contributing to the creation of viable Business cases for new implementations, by supporting the project management team, capturing the associated cost and benefit drivers.
  • You will be a point of contact with the IT team for payment & statements related requests or incidents.
  • You will collaborate with Internal Control to act as an organizer between IC and Treasury Business Teams for the respective bi- annual reviews.

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?

  • Degree qualified in Mathematics, Finance / Business Economics / IT
  • You have 5-10 years experience working as a Payments Process expert in Bank, Fintech, Big4 or corporate environment.
  • You have exposure and knowledge of new payment technologies.
  • You have strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
  • You have ability to solve complex problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Knowledge of Power BI & MS Power Automate would be considered as an additional asset.
  • Working Knowledge of S4HANA would be considered as an additional asset.
  • You can understand core business Treasury processes and to map them with associated technical solutions.
  • You have an innovative and digital mindset.
  • You have good knowledge of Swift Financial Messaging network & messaging technology.
