Job Description
- We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warranty Assistant to join our team at Keeper Systems.Â
- As a Warranty Assistant, you’ll be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and replacements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and coordinate repairs and replacements
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and effective resolution of warranty issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and service providers to resolve warranty issues
- Maintain accurate records and databases of warranty claims and repairs
Requirements / Skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
