Job Summary
- HTSF Global is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
