Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: Managing Director
Sector: Paint Manufacturing

Who Do We Seek?

  • Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced National Sales Manager with prior Paints Industry experience. This candidate will drive sales and business relationship management. Should be able to sufficiently engage private and public institutions for business development.
  • Candidates with paint sales experience in the Big 4 will also be considered. Prior experience in a medium to big Paint manufacturing company will also be an ideal fit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales force to generate revenue for the organization.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Initiate, develop, plans, and coordinate all sales activities of the company.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in
  • assigned customer accounts.
  • Complete sales activity reports, annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecast presentations, and profitability reports to assist management in strategy formulation and fact-based decision-making.

Your Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a Professional qualification
  • MBA/MSc will be an added advantage.


  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience preferably at a manager or assistant manager Level in the same industry with diverse experience that should cover running the Salesmen operations, back office of retail, and corporate sales activities.
