Job Title: Sales Manager

Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Lagos


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align efforts and optimize sales processes
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales and B2B sales, preferably within the financial services or technology solutions industry.
  • Background Experience: Corporate Finance – Lending & Treasury.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic sales and B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and coaching
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building, negotiation, and closing complex deals
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
